The SolarEdge S650A Power Optimizer for residential use is designed to maximize the energy output of photovoltaic (PV) systems, especially on rooftops with complex layouts or shading issues. By performing Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) at the module level, this optimizer ensures that each panel operates independently at its maximum efficiency, regardless of the performance of the rest of the system.
