What’s more, you’ll benefit from increased energy yield—up to 25%! This is made possible by its superior efficiency of up to 99.5%. This SolarEdge Power Optimizer comes with a 25-year manufacturer’s warranty. Thanks to its cost-effectiveness, the SolarEdge Power Optimizer is ideal for use in commercial and larger utility-scale installations. SolarEdge has struck an ideal balance in this. For example, 50% less wiring, fuses and combination boxes are required. As a result, a string length twice as long can be realized.

SolarEdge Power Optimizer
The SolarEdge Power Optimizer is a DC/DC converter and can be connected to any solar panel, turning it into a smart module. SolarEdge Power Optimizers increase the solar output of PV systems by constantly tracking the maximum power point (MPPT) of each panel individually. In addition, the Power Optimizers monitor a solar panel’s performance and communicate that data to the SolarEdge monitoring platform. Each Power Optimizer is equipped with the unique SafeDC feature designed to automatically reduce the DC voltage of the panels to a safe level when the inverter or grid is turned off.
